Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of patients with unstable angina by steady heart pellet and trimetazidine. Methods The clinical data of one hundred and sixteen patients with unstable angina who were treated in our hospital from May 2009 to May 2012 were collected, then the patients were divided into control group (58 cases) and observation group (58 cases).Patients in the control group was given trimetazidine, patients in the observation group was given steady heart pellet and trimetazidine, other measures for two groups were the same, the clinical efficacy of each group was evaluated after fourteen days treatment. Results The total efficient rate was higher in the observation group than that in the control group (96.55% vs 82.76%,P0.05),and there were no significant differences between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of patients with unstable angina by steady heart pellet and trimetazidine is safe and reliable,it is worthy of clinical application.
